“ Tried this place for our second time and it was just as good as the first time. They have a nice variety to choose from the service is friendly and quick. It's a fun place to have a delicious meal. ”
“ Parking can be hard to find during busy hours. Restaurant is small so the wait can be awhile (waited 1 hour on a Saturday when we got there around 4pm). Service was super quick and servers were attentive! Love the large options of sides on the basic original menu. Although they were busy, I was surprised and impressed at how good the service was. Our dishes came out quick as well. Mostly ordered the brisket which was not overly fatty/ oily. The garlic sauce was so good paired with the brisket. I liked how the grill is a charcoal grill too. Definitely coming back but probably not during a time where wait is over 1 hour. ”
“ Charcoal grill. Our new favorite KBBQ spot in San Diego. Meat quality is amazing, service is great, the sides are so flavorful and delicious. The wait was about 2 hours on a Saturday night. The restaurant is very small and always packed so be prepared for that. ”
“ Gluten Free Options The menu isn't marked for gluten free options but it is easy to figure out based on what's marinated and what isn't. I got the premium set, and the prime cut steak and the New York steak were amazing and worked well for the coal burning grill. The temperature allowed for the fat to render out and a juicy bite of steak every time, and a less greasy experience which made me feel less gross than other AYCE BBQ establishments. Thin meats didn't do so well in that department for me. I really enjoyed having our own vent for the smoke that is placed over every grill, it made for a less smoky experience. For sauces, I stuck to just plain salt and for side dishes I really enjoyed the garlic cucumber and pickled daikon. They don't do the thin radish sheets unfortunately. Service was great, there was always someone we could flag down for food, and they were very helpful in double checking nutrition labels for us. ”
“ I have been here twice, and the food is so good I keep forgetting to take photos. My favorite is the sliced brisket. I ate so much of it I am surprised the restaurant has any of it left. Usually the wait list is pretty full here so expect a decent wait time, but I promise it's well worth it. Lots of flavorful food here, and it's all you can eat. It's pretty sizzling and loud inside but not so loud you can't have a conversation. I will definitely be coming here again. ”
